We have uploaded several new documents for you attention. One is a county squad handbook with relevant information concerning the season ahead and is aimed at county squad members and training members for both age groups. The second is aimed at the under 16 county squad ( and training members) and provides suggestions for additional training outside of club sessions to help keep up fitness levels and to help prevent injury.
